This class is coach lead but parents are required to stay to help supervise their child.
A coach will take the warm up and stretch and guide parents around different set ups and activities within gym and will be on hand with helpful suggestions to ensure the progression of each individual.
Gymnasts must be in Primary 1 or 5yrs old to attend this session.
