This class is split into three levels Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Gymnasts will be placed into groups dependant on their ability. This is a class that will focus mainly on developing skills on Tumble but will also include Floor and Trampete stations to help the learning process Annual to Central Gymnastics Academy
